The William E. Broussard Multi-Purpose Building is a spacious event facility with a capacity of 685 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings, celebrations, meetings, and community events. The building features large ceiling fans for comfortable airflow and includes a large spacious kitchen for convenient food preparation and serving.

A Grounds Supervisor will be on-site throughout your event to assist with facility access, answer questions, and address facility-related needs during your rental.

🎓 Graduation Lock-In

Celebrate graduation with an overnight lock-in at the William E. Broussard Multi-Purpose Building! Graduation Lock-Ins are available from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM, providing a safe and spacious place for graduates to celebrate with friends.

Cleanup Fee: $100

Event Time: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Security deposit and cleanup fee are required in addition to the rental fee.

The Back Kitchen & Screened Patio is available as a standalone rental for gatherings, food preparation, serving, meetings, parties, and other events. The rental includes access to the back kitchen and the adjoining screened-in patio, providing a convenient combination of indoor kitchen space and outdoor covered gathering space.

The space is ideal for smaller gatherings or events that do not require use of the main event building.
